Anand is an all-out entrepreneur having founded companies such as Spectrami, Altrosmart, AmiseQ and Hive Pro. With over a decade of cybersecurity experience, he continues to launch startups addressing current and future challenges. Possessing a natural transformational leadership style, his forte lies in developing businesses to their maximum potential through clarity of vision and determined execution. Anand is a board member and advisor to several security startups and is recognized as a thought-leader and influencer in the security industry.

Sarfaraz Kazi is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and infrastructure management. He has a proven track record of success in startups and scaling companies, and has experience working in various capacities, from technical consultant to divisional head to leadership roles. Sarfaraz is skilled in strategic planning, execution, team management, and collaborating with leadership and management teams to set and achieve strategic, operational, and tactical objectives. He is certified in a range of technologies and has a strong understanding of technical and presales knowledge in the field of information security.

Charlie Booth brings over 20 years of finance, strategy, corporate development, and board experience to his position as Chief Financial Officer. His career focus is on private equity and venture backed B2B and B2C SaaS, fintech, media, and data businesses. His track record includes execution in growth equity and debt transactions, improved financial performance and productivity, buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Outside of Hive Pro, he is an investor in sponsor backed LBOs and lower-middle market private credit transactions.

Jeelan is a seasoned product leader with over 21+ Years of experience in building highly distributed and horizontally scalable enterprise software products in Database, Security, Networking and SaaS domains. He built, scaled and managed high performance teams that delivered flagship and horizon-next software products at large Enterprises as well as Startups. He held product leadership and ownership positions at Couchbase, Motorola Solutions and Extreme Networks. With a strong technical and engineering background, he is passionate about delivering innovative software with exceptional user experiences and great quality. He is structured, loves consistency and loves building teams and products with first principles in mind. Prior to Hive Pro, Jeelan was with Couchbase for over 5 years and lived through the journey of a VC stage startup till the first successful year post IPO which added immense value to his experience.

Zaira Pirzada is the VP,  Marketing at Hive Pro. Prior to joining Hive Pro, she was a Security and Risk Management Analyst with Gartner, Inc. Zaira was also featured on CBS as a main actress in the prime-time television show “Hunted”, on Wired magazine, and various other publications for her technical acumen, poetry, and performance.

Neeti is a business leader with over twenty years’ experience in General Management, Sales, Marketing and Engineering. She is a seasoned technology veteran with experience in both startups and major public enterprises. Previously she held senior leadership roles at Micro Focus, TippingPoint Technologies (3Com), Hewlett Packard (HP) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). She has a passion for building successful organizations ground up with a focus on creating an exceptional culture which leads to dynamic business growth. Her advice is strive for excellence, stay hungry and learn, and success will automatically follow.

Purvi is driven by innovation and loves solving real life problems. She comes with a strong Cyber Security, Privacy and Digital Forensics background. Prior to joining Hive Pro, Purvi was associated with PwC Advisory Consulting; designing, architecting, reviewing and managing cyber security for critical infrastructures such as government, telecommunication, banking, etc. She has designed the security architecture and strategy for the National Identity Program of an African Country from scratch and was also a core member of the team managing the security of the National Identity Program of India. Purvi designed the nationwide framework for digital KYC reverification which is being used by all telcos in India. She is an expert in Biometric Security and Privacy, RFID Security and Social Security and Privacy. Purvi was the first employee to join Hive Pro and is leading the product and engineering initiatives since the ideation stage.

Amit is an Advisory Consultant transformed into a product leader, keen on converting ideas into go-to-market products and a seasoned cyber security professional having worked in Asia, Middle East and Africa. He led the development of a QR Code based offline resident authentication and KYC solution being used widely in India. Amit has conducted extensive research and developed scalable solutions in digital transformation, data deduplication, cloud computing and web scraping domains. He has a solid background of critical infrastructure security and privacy. Amit managed corporate security for a large telco in the Middle east and earlier, he was associated with PwC Advisory Consulting designing and managing security for the National Identity Program of an African Country and India respectively. He was the second employee to join Hive Pro and played a key role in transforming the idea into the platform.
